    Boneless pork butt?

    I've also done both and nobody in my family (including me) can tell any difference in the taste; although I do use a pretty tangy sauce recipe which might cover any difference in taste.

    I've never heard or read about that before. I don't use propane to cook but I use it with my Mr. Buddy heater; that sucks.

    Nice smoke ring. I love using a loin when I don't need a mass quantity of pulled pork.
