Congrats on that milestone! I still use mine for cold smoking cause there is nothing like it when you want to cold smoke. Friends I showed it a couple years back also bought one and use it for their salmon and probably everything else. Congratulations again on such a achievement.

Really easy and was delicious. Will be making this again for Christmas.
Saw this recipe the two days before thanksgiving and have to say it was a very good dessert. The wife does not like pumpkin pie and had 2 pieces of this. I took pics and will post them up later so people can see what ours turned out like.

I find mine hit and miss for heat (I do enjoy a good burn). Some are almost no spice while others make you blow smoke out the ears. Same prep for all of them with removing all seeds and ribs. Just comes down to each jalep. Doing some this weekend myself so will enjoy the mix of heats I always...
