I found the Classic Accessory line online as well, chose the 'Hickory' line Grill Cover for my Weber Genesis E-310, will let you guys know how it works out...As I mentioned, I will soon be replacing my Masterbuilt plastic cover for my 30" smoker with a cover from the same Classic Accessory...

What's the new technology that everybody is using?
I use my Masterbuilt 30 2-3x per month, is there any benefit unplugging it from the outlet after each use? I noticed that it 'beeps' when I plug it in, leading me to believe something's staying energized when it's plugged in...Thoughts?
