    leftover brisket?

    What should I make with my leftover brisket?  Had sandwiches yesterday,and we are making taco's today.   Anyone got any good recipes?

    How long will pulled pork last in a ziplock

    freeze it!!    try it in one of  those cast iron hobo pie cookers.        some white bread,pulled pork,and cheese.

    reverse flow smoker question

    Is creosote normal in a reverse flow?  I am only burning well seasoned wood(oak)      no charcoal!

    Is 48 hours to long  for a rub?   I need to smoke a butt/babby backs/spare ribs and chicken monday but leaving saturday morning and not coming back till sunday night

    Which way to buil it?

    the tank is about 43"  Its not cut down just the top and bottom rings cut off!  fire box is 24x24 just because the steel place cut it wrong wanted 20x24

    I have the same tank turned on it side and made revese  flow    I only have one rack inside now but am going to add a second and a self at the end

    pulled pork?

    I am doing pulled pork for the wifes birthday on the 10th.  I am buying a 12 pound shoulder does it matter if I cut it In half to shorten the cook time?  Same flavor?  More bark peices?  Is  there  any down side to doing this?   thanks

    exhaust pipe?

    temp holds good 250  or 350. But i need a really hot fire to get 350.   The firebox is bigger then i need 24 x 24
