Never ever have I smoked empty!!!!!!!!!!! I belong to couple car clubs and forums and have neighbors...I'd just post up that I'm gonna fire the smoker up and need some stuff to put in!!......spread the word ...if they'll bring it, you'll smoke it and you'll be amazed how many friends with cold...
finally got er finished!!!!!! Had to de-head it myself . Got my hands on a normal drum to test the design (which I'll keep for added capacity :-) )before starting on the SS one. Seasoned it with a blend of woods and will cook on it for the first time this weekend.....now that I have a cell...
been using green for years...like the patina it gives the butt I use quite the blend though..i bit of apple, peach and pear that is usually green with the non-green hickory, pecan, cherry with a tad...a little tad of mesquite...plus some kingsford and hardwood charcoal...folks don't know what...
