is there a place you can buy this lump charcoal online? Everystore I've been in around here has no idea what I'm talking about. The carry geniric charcoal and then kingsford charcoal but no lump.- kyhunt

on the silver pro by charbroil, does anyone know what kind of themometor will fit in that little hole on the hood? I see where they make a universal themometer for gas grills that you can buy seperately. Will that work???? -
Smoked Squirrel!
I'm looking forward to smoking squirrel, We try to have squirrel once a week when season hits. I take the kids squirrel hunting every week. I figure its good game to start kids out on. It also sharpens skills as they are fast little boogers out in the woods. we have had it fried, in stew... -
Do you keep your smoker covered when not in use?
I see where alot of folks put their smoker up for winter. Will it hurt to leave one out? I do not have a garage ,just a car port. I also was planning on doing some smoking throughout the winter. Hopefully I'll take a couple of deers and smoke some venison. Please give your advice as I do not...- kyhunt

Just about to purchase my first smoker. My old kettle grill finally died and have been considering a smoker instead. I have been looking at the charbroil silver smoker at homedepot for $159.00. Any thoughts? I read mixed reviews. Some folks seem to love it while others call it cheapo...
