The Kroger we have runs those sales and not sure If it's just my store but they were the worst of the worst. I think they must have gotten the brisket from a Dinosaur OMG the meat was so worthless! WORTHLESS so please beware!

1 1/2 Cup Warm Water
(105*-115*)
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Tablespoon yeast
1/2 Teaspoon salt
3 to 4 cups of flour
In a large bowl combine warm water, sugar and yeast and let set to proof

My Dad is the one who built the UDS for us, he has more $$$ in smokers (yes plural) than he knows what to do with, but I think the UDS would give him a run for his money, as far as pork butts...
