    Long time lurker, first time poster..... I need to cook two 8 lbs each packer briskets. I have a GOSM that is 20x14x34 so plenty of room. My question is how much will the second brisket impact total cooking time? I am figuring in about a 12-14 hour smoke, will that be enough time for both...
