New guy here!
Thanks everyone. Well...I've decided to get a propane smoker, while I find the parts needed for the frig smoker. My local wal-mart has the GOSM propane smoker so I went down and picked up the bigger of the two that they had. It is out back "seasoning" as I write this. Can't wait to get started... -

Threads start at the end
For some reason when I open a thread the first one displayed at the top of the first page is the last one posted. So if there are three pages to a thread I have to go to the botom of the last page to find the original post. It was not like that yesterday. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks, KC9LJO- kc9ljo

O.K. I am interested in getting into smoking. Many years ago when I was very young my dad smoked suckers. Every spring we would go out and net suckers when they would "run" in the rivers that feed lake superior. Then he would smoke them in a gutted out refrigerator. Anyway...I want to start...
