    I have one that is much smaller no grate and pan. I have done tri tip, pork shoulder and loin, as well as a few other items. I hang mine on a rod three lions two tri tips, one turkey breast a chicken Etc. I find mine cooks HOT. I love the end product as do others but it is not a low slow process...
