Here's the meatloafs and the pizza fatty. I brought them up to 175 deg. We like ours well done. By the time I took this picture, a couple slices of each are missing. Pretty tasty.
Had to put a tarp up under my deck to be able to smoke today. But it's going. I've got 2 slabs of spare ribs, 2 meat loafs, and a pepperoni pizza fatty. I'll post more later. Tommorow I'm smokin a deboned turkey. It will soak in the brine all night.
We have them on some of the equipment where I work. I see it only goes to 220 degrees. You might want something that will go to a higher temp.
