i know if i can figure out how to shrink the pictures i will get them up. just had some of the loin and it a little mushy in the middle only took it to 145
just finished 1st smoke had a 5# pork loin . I used some of Jeff's rub with mustard. let it sit for 24 hrs. then into a 250 smoker with mesquite. after 3 1/2 hrs pulled it at 145. i think it turned out good for 1st time. look forward to doing a lot more soon.
getting ready to smoke my first pork shoulder and was plaining to go to 145 then foil rap and into the cooler till it gets to 165. just wondering roughly how much time per pound i should figure for. i have a small 5# .
thinking of doing buffalo steaks any idea on temp i should go to or any other help u can give going to be first smoke so fingures are crossed on this lol
