Thanks. I smoked them about 20 minutes with the sauce on them. I used the Sweet Baby Ray's with a few touches of my own thrown in.

    Country Stylin' - w/Q-view

Thanks much. I used one chunk each of apple, peach and hickory. I also smoked three slabs of babybacks and about 2 dozen wings. No pics of those, so it didn't happen.

    Ribs for Memorial Day Weekend

Thanks much!! I used the Wolfe Rub Original for my rub. No spritzing or spraying or mopping of the ribs with anything during the smoke. Sometimes I will spray once or twice when I smoke ribs, but this time I didn't. I was too busy getting busy having a few Johnnie Walker's on the rocks to...

How do you clean your grates?

I use my weed burner torch to burn off the crud. Then a few swipes with the grill brush. Then a wipe down using a damp cloth. Easy, fast, and clean.

Ken, Many congrats on your 21 years of service!!! I know how you feel. This year is my 10th year of my retirement from 21 years in the USAF. Man... time flies by!! Like you, I had much trepidation and uncertainty of what I was going to do with my life. I was a single parent at the time...
