    what do you use to shred the pork in LARGE quantities besides forks?

    When I shredded mine,I have a 12 quart mixer ,I put 2 butts in at a time.Meat came out to shredded and to fast.

    You still get your hands dirty and hot with bear paws.Check out the small aluminum gardening forks, cool handles and work the same.

    And in the oven I have ribs,with old bay ,empires best bbq ,garlic and brushing with butter,apple cider vinegar and maple syrup every half hour.Too windy to smoke.

    Thank you,I see a lot of people on line.Will be my first stop every day.Been using a bbq in a shed on wheels[looks like a fishing or hunting shack]for smoking and bbqing,its cold here in winter, been doing fine till I got this Smoky mountain.Gotta do a lot of reading.
