    Next best thing to a Thermapen

    I'd love to buy a thermapen but right now it is outa my price range........Is there anything cheaper along the same lines as a Thermapen that would work just as good? I live in the Blue Springs, MO area. Thanks

    Calling all UDS Owners

    I am seriously considering building a UDS since I have 90% of the parts in my backyard....two things ........ I do not recall anyone using a water pan...can one be used and are there any absolutes like how many vents.....how high up from the bottom do they go or how from the top do the grilles...
