Lone Star Grillz Pellet Pro and Con?

Have you tried the wood chip and pellet blend in the hopper. That is a huge selling point for me. My smoking season will be over by the time I get mine in the que. I have an estimated $3500 ish with freight. This will be the last one I get... However, I think I'll keep my heavily moded...

Giveaway for Inkbird WIFI BBQ Thermometer with 4 probes IBBQ-4T!

I have been contemplating on getting this one. It would have been cheaper to buy this than a whole new smoker and PID controller upgrade, even though the PID controller serves a purpose.

You're brave if you want to try that shoulder out for the first time from me... I was not sure if I took total weight vs weight of the average size of the shoulder... It is looking like I am going to go by feeling again... LOL... Just kidding... I am trying out a first for me this time. One...

    GOSM Charcoal Mods

yes. It looks like the one I got from Wally World. my issue is ash control. Maybe I don't know how to handle that basic operation. It seems like the ash chokes the coals. I know in my new Brinkman Smoke'n Pit the coals burned completely... I am impressed.

    Broke Down, Bought A Smoker

This was my second one. I had the ECB first and gave it to my wife's Aunt and Uncle since I wanted more space. I like this one better, but how do you manage the ashes? I have been cooking for a couple of years with the outdoor gear, but still a newbie since I just been trying to learn on my...
