    Simple supper yesterday

I had never heard of it either until I went to a Red Hot & Blue restaurant here in the Dallas area. They serve their pulled pork sandwiches "Memphis Style" which is with cole slaw on top. Very Good! Great BBQ restaurant as well.

    Masterbuilt: easy mod & accessory

Just a quick post to share something I did with my Masterbuilt. I had two problems when I bought it. 1) The place I keep it on the patio isn't covered and 2) I often need to move it around to clean or get at other things on the patio. Solution #1: go to Home Depot and get the Weber Kettle grill...

    golfnguitarz saying hello from Tejas

Noob here. Have done alot of grilling on a 3 burner grill, but have just purchased a Masterbuilt electric smoker to try to get the perfect brisket(or close). Doesn't look like the Masterbuilt can handle a large brisket on one shelf, is it ok to cut one down and use several shelfs?? Anyway, my...

Cutting a packer in half for a Masterbuilt

Alert! Newbie here, but I have been lurking a bit around here and it seems like a friendly place. Ok, I have done some flats on the grill (real slow) with some success and now a co-worker and I have gone and bought some Masterbuilt electric smokers. On the way home, I bought a 10 pound...
