    Newbie - Bitter Smoke

    This could very well be. The Brinkman doesn't have a variable intake or exhaust. So, the smoke has to fill the dome and work its way down under the lid to get out. This may be over smoking things... Any thoughts of what to do with this smoker with no controls? Thanks! Glen
