Got my Memphis Pro last Friday. The manufacturer screwed up the order and sent me the more expensive stainless steel model instead of the powdercoat version I ordered.

I found pork bellies at local Asian Markets here, I'm sure you have some in your neck of the woods.
imho, Johnson is a scammer.
The Indonesian company run by Linkletter are the best, but you also pay a premium price.
Check out the Primo also.
