    Lay Sausage on Rack?

Got my Memphis Pro last Friday. The manufacturer screwed up the order and sent me the more expensive stainless steel model instead of the powdercoat version I ordered. It was a $600 mistake and they told me to keep the SS model at no charge. Well, tried my kielbasa recipe and smoked the 15 lbs...

Louisiana Country Smoker HW-1320 info please

I've been reading a lot of postings on various forums about Traeger's lately. A lot of them are complaining about poor build quality. They are made in China now.I was looking at the Traeger line before I bought my pellet pooper and decided to look at a couple of other companies units. I ended up...

I would love to have a smokehouse just for my sausages, but, I'm very limited on space. I live smack dab in the middle of the city. Yards are very small, and mine is taken up by a Kamado Komodo. My new grill will be positioned on my back porch. I'm in the process of converting my multi family...

With my new cooker I will have to lay the...

    where to find pig belly?

I'm on the opposite coast and encounter the same problems. I found pork bellies at local Asian Markets here, I'm sure you have some in your neck of the woods.

    Kamado?

imho, Johnson is a scammer. The Indonesian company run by Linkletter are the best, but you also pay a premium price. Check out the Primo also. Good cooker that's a lot more reasonable in the price.

There is also one for sale in Boston. The ad is in the forum here. It's a bigger one than the one in Houston. A #7. It's a great price, also. I know, because it's mine
