Smoker/Grill for S. Florida Noob
New to smokers but looking to purchase a high quality smoker that can be used for grilling. Wife doesn't want me to buy a separate grill and smoker. One large contraption is enough for her. I live in South Florida and so I don't have the luxury of visting all of well known pit manufacturers...- flatout18

New to Smokers
Been indirect grilling for many years on a Weber Kettle but the time has come to buy a smoker for true bbq. Read lots of posts re: smokers and have decided to get a top quality smoker. Something that will last a lifetime. Thanks to all for all of the helpful advice thus far.
