    OK to upgrade the MES 30" heat element from 800w-1200w?

    I seen another member use mustard(i don't know who), or I'de never have tried it.... EVER... I hate mustard, but WOW.

    Thanks guys. I did a little crazy mixture last night... 2 cups of french's mustard. 2 cups of brown sugar. 1/2 cup course pepper. some + garlic salt. It smelled FOUL when I first rubbed it on! But it is the best brisket I've made so far! The taste is soo GOOD.

    MES30 sale

    The 30" is alright, BUT... I have to cut my spare ribs / baby back ribs in half.  (my beef ribs fit alright. I have to cut my brisket in half aswell. So it is kind of a pain in the ass, and the 40" seems nice. But I am VERY new to smoking, and this smoker is a great starter.

    Thanks for that reply. The new smokes box turns my chips into ash, unlike my other. I do like using wet chips, when I got to work. (it lasts longer)
