    I would go with 1/4lb. per person if you are serving beans bread and slaw or any other sides along with it.

    Hey Smoking Troy! Were in Denver too! Theres a pretty good mod page at www.bbq-4-u.com for the ECB. In the mean time go buy a WSM Weber smokey mountain. They work so good you will pee youself!
