    I just bought a new 40'' w/window in door model 20070810 ... I can't find anywhere in the paperwork where it states the size of the heating element ..... how do you know what size it is ?????

    Thanks for all the input ...... I bought the 40" MES at Sam's today, also took the advice and add the 3 year extended warranty... Probably fire it up this weekend to test it out... have a feeling a Big Kahuna is in my near future....

    Mesquite ruined my meat

    I'm from Texas and thats the wood of choice..... If the mesquite is not seasoned it will ruin your meat for sure... never use green mesquite.
