    Did pigroasts for the block parties in the past in fact one neighbor was so happy with the pig that he used to plow my drive in winter of the snow......saved my back he had a truck with plow. But only mine so made other neighbors jeleous.

    Being from Columbus ......Did you know this Oct. 19th and 20th in Nelsonville by you is the Smoked Meat and BBQ fest..Kansas City Society sanctioned event. I believe the 1st weekend is the Paul Buyon Fest.

    Seems to me if you were to smoke first then deepfry that the deepfry would seal the smoke in and be alright.....dont know never tried it.

    Deep Fried Shrimp 35 count shrimp Bacon 1 1/2 inch strips Toothpicks 1cup milk and 1 egg mixed 2cups flour and 3tbsps cajun shake Wrap bacon around shrimp and hold with toothpicks Dip in egg mix Dip in flour mix Cooking temp is 325 to 350 Cook time is 5 min.
