    Sunday Chuckie smoke w/ Qview

Trying to clear out the freezer and i had this chuckie sitting in there looking like a prime target for a Sunday smoke. Rubbed her up with some of Bilbo's rub and put on the Traeger at 10am over hickory hanging right around 250. I foiled around 160 internal and shut 'er down at 200. Let rest an...

    Fyi.

Wow now that is news to me and I'm glad you brought it to my attention. All the shelters within driving distance of me are ran by the "Humane Socieity." So reading that was kind of a shock.

    Fyi.

Don't get me wrong, I love fishing and although i don't hunt, i abosolutely see nothing wrong with it. But a donation to the Humane Society doesn't mean they are trying to get hunting and fishing banned. The Humane Society does alot of great work with stray/abused/neglected animals, particularly...

    Not happy with Traeger

If you haven't already, i would upgrade to the digital thermostat so you have more variation in your temps. Standard is smoke, low and high i believe, maybe a medium in there. The digi's allow you to chose between 180 and 450 at 25 degree increments. Huge difference. I have smoked ribs, butts...

Cant wait for Sunday..... Bigger restrictor plates, better tires, fewer rules, should make for some exciting racing.
