    17-1/2 hour butt

    I tried my first one only palnned 14 hours was a big disapointment but went to comp and 2nd one was awesome Im sure glad I got back in the saddle and tried again 2nd one about 12 hours

    Today was my first big bird brined for 14 hours cooked @ 250 for 6 hours bird weighed in @ approximatly 15-20 lbs no weight stamped on package Smokebuzz guess weight @ 19 lbs used rub and misted apple juice turned out very moist and flavorful see pics
