    I've made Hab ABTs before, they are great! Not too hot when you remove the ribs and seeds. I grew ghost peppers this year, and one day will probably try one made into an ABT... I'll make sure to have a case of Busch on hand for the melt down...

    Hab buffalo turds aren't bad if you make sure to get all the seeds and ribs. I'm waiting for my Bhut Jolakia peppers to ripen, then I'll try one of those... :)

    Foil wrap or foil pan???

    I used to wrap with foil, and add a bunch of apple juice. But the foil would sometime tear on the grates, and then you have a mess. My wife had a few old metal baking pans. We got her new ones and I took the old ones, now I just put whatever meat in those pans and cover with foil. No more...

    Do any of you not foil a butt at 165?

    I always foil at 160, remove at 180, and let cook till 200. Always ends up with a nice crusty bark, and stays juicy inside... :)
