    Looks Great. That is exactly how I do my poppers with laying bacon on top. So much easier and quicker than wrapping each.

    I teach middle school and use the line "Your killing me Smalls" from The Sandlot alot. Also "Just Keep Swimming" from Finding Nemo if walking down the halls and kids are blocking the halls and congregating.

    First Time Brisket

    All in All it was not bad. Figured I had done enough reading about doing so just had to go and do it and it came out good. I have to say that I prefer a smoked chuck roast over the brisket though.
