Dinner...1st Chuckie!!
Been seeing this all over the board, so I thought I would give it a go! Ready to foil @ 165* Came off @ 205...stored in cooler with a couple of towels for an hour or so.. Ready to pull.. Made some Au Jus with the juices...Melted some provolone on top.. Dinner is served!!! All cooked on...- carolinadon

Big Steel Keg
Mossy, if you have a Home Depot in your area, they are selling out of the Bubba Kegs. Got mine here in SC for $299.00. Being replaced by the Big Steel Keg. Not a lot of diff between the two.- carolinadon

Looking for a good Pulled Pork Sauce
I don't know if anyone on here is familiar with Smithfield's BBQ in NC, but I love the sauce they put on their BBQ. Does anyone have a recipe that's close? Thanks!!- carolinadon

Hey Martin! Got it at Home Depot in Florence for $299.00!! They are being replaced by the Big Steel Keg, but I see no major difference between the two, just the price ( about $675.00 all over the internet ), which is why I pulled the trigger on the Bubba Keg.- carolinadon

Just wanted to pop in & say hello to everyone. Just purchased my Bubba Keg from HD Sunday, and am seasoning it as I am typing this.
