Hi Bruce I'm in Pretoria where can I get some chunks for smoking beef ribs please?

Hi, not sure where Pretoria is, but if you got a home depot, they usually have chunks, or try a hardware store.
When all else fails, I usually head out into the woods and find some laying on the ground.
Usually sticks 2 to 3" inch works, and remember to soak them in work for at least 3 hours, best is over night.
