    Everything turned out great. Loved the ribs. Here's a few shots of the babybacks.... After 3 hours of smoke. Just before foiling. Finished product. Ready to eat! Not too shabby for my first shot at ribs on this smoker.

    Thanks for your reply. I guess my concern was about over smoking the items that go on first. In my case it will be the ribs. They will get smoke for the first three hours. Then when I throw the london broil & chicken on I will need to fire up the smoke again. I guess at that point I will have...

    And there she is....2 hours 45 mins later. Not as dark as many pics of others that I've seen, but probably because of the seasoning I used. Tastes amazing! First smoke success!

    Decided to go for it. Let's see how bad I can mess this up. Spatched bird ready to go with some assorted seasonings. Headed into the smoker which is sitting at 275 with a blend of hickory & applewood chips.
