    Thanks again! the mornin before I totally changed up my plan for chicken and went with boneless scraped skin thighs. Got 500 reasons to be glad I did. This comp was alot less hecktick than the first I know that.

    I just completed my second ever comp. yesterday and thanks to you guys n gals. I won chicken!!!! Couldn't believe it !! I only got one pic n it was on my phone not sure how to get it here. Thanks so much for the help! Also got second in brisket!!

    what are the insulated warming boxes people use for catering and such? what you use to just keep stuff warm like an uprite cooler? thanks in advance told you it was a goofy one!

    thanks alot guys for all the kind words!!!!! it was from all the help everyone gives here that made it possible! I thought that `154 degrees was gonna be burned into my maverick 732 screen forever as long as the brisket stalled out there.
