    google- turkey frying .com, there are many sites with information.only problem with frying a turkey is the amount of oil you need. it is better to do more than one if you are going to do it, you can get about 3 or 4 turkeys from 1 batch of oil if you are lucky.

    I am doing 4 - 8 to 10 Lb butts for 3 different people along with baked beans and mac salad. for my self I am doing 2 different kinds of fattys to munch on this weekend.. it is a little cold here so i put a blanket on my smoker to keep the heat in sure didn't want it to catch a cold .
