Told the wife I'd stay off the smoker this weekend.....I was doing pretty good till she went to the gym. Butt just went on and a fresh bach of broccoli/ cranberry slaw for some samiches while we watch the fights tonight. Trying a different spice in my rub today, Im interested to see how it turns out.
