Hello- I have studied and looking for plans for a water sausage stuffer with a way to use with a foot relay!!  we do about 200-lbs of deer and other sausages and make some salamis at camp and looking for a quicker/easier way to stuff. any help greatly appreciated and looking for plans to build etc.  also some pictures of your builds!!  would like at least a 20 lb. or more tube capacity!!!

I would check with "NEPAS".

I have very little knowledge on a water stuffer besides of the Dakota Water Stuffer and also that online there are plenty of how-to plans on building one... and know Nepas use to have one.
But glad you joined us and want to give you a big old :welcome1: from North Dakota!
