In my opinion a deviled egg is supposed to be simple and spicy.

8 hard boiled eggs peeled and halved, yolks scooped out into a bowl.

1 tablespoon mayo

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons of Sriracha hot sauce

Add mayo, mustard, and Sriracha to the cooked egg yolks and mix until smooth. Add mixture back into halved hard boiled eggs, dust with cayenne pepper.

Simple, spicy, delicious...and a cheap side/appetizer for a good BBQ.

Those eggs sure look good.... I'm afraid the heat would attack me twice.....

Great looking eggs! We like to put Hot Cock in ours too! Using smoked eggs though takes the flavor to a new extremely goodliness!!!

I've never smoked an egg. Hard boiled, peeled, then cold smoked?

I am as well. I'm the guy who spices some things up to where only myself and a few others will eat at a BBQ.

I know the post is a little on the older side but I thought I would throw something in. I know some people who can't do the super hot thing either so what I do is Creamy Horseradish. So far I haven't had any complaints. Like mom always said try it, you might like it.
