....... I finally calmed down...

Smoking three racks of baby back ribs and two chickens on the rotisserie. Using my WSM for the second time. The first smoke I used Stubb's, this time it's Kingsford Original. It took almost 1 1/2 hours for this stuff to settle down. Think I had the same amount of steam coming out my ears as the white smoke from the WSM. She finally settled down, I put on the ribs and she's holding steady at 228° with apple TBS. Forgot to snap a couple of pics but here's what's happening so far.....

btw.... this is my first time smoking chicken and also using my rotisserie. Planning on maintaining about 300-325° on the kettle thermometer. I'm going to go by IT and guessing about 2 1/2 hours of cooking time. Does that sound about right.... I'd like to get the timing down so everything is finished at the same time. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry no Bear View today.... I'm lucky that I still have all my fingers

Thank you very much, sir!

Everyone left happy and stuffed. It doesn't get much better than that

Looks Smokin Good! Great color on both the birds and the ribs! Just for fun I've been toying around with a rotisserie idea for the Mini-WSM.
Thanks a lot!

I'm interested to see what you come up with.

I can't really comment much on the use of the rotisserie since this was my first attempt..... there's room for improvement (still better than any rotisserie chicken I've purchased) and had fun playing with a new toy. I'll have to check and see if it'll fit the WSM.
