After my reasonalbe attempt at pulled pork ( see http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/141218/my-first-smoke#post_984385)
was wanting to try ribs but the layout of my smoker would only allow for 1 rack
(see pic)
However I assume it's okay to design some form of racking to allow multi layers of ribs ?
Our equivelent of Walmary sells cooling racks for baking which I guess could be adapted - if that's okay how much speration should I allow to make sure the smoke gets round okay - think a maximum I would ever want to do would be 4 Racks of Ribs?
I'm aware of the 321 method so would do that
