So the wife asked for baby backs for dinner on Mother's Day. No q view of prep. But I just put them in. Used a basic Memphis rub on them. Water with a bit of apple juice in the pan. Here they are on the rack. It's 2 full racks.
More pics as they cook. Not sure i will foil wrap. We like a super crust on them. Donny's sweet BBQ for the mop last hour.

It has been a rough day here. I have been sick all day. The ribs were ok. Not lack of seasoning but the ribs were enhanced. It was like eating a really nice smoked ham with a rub and mop on it. I am fairly disappointed.
I will check in the future for non enhanced

Papa did you spritz every 45m to 1 hr? I burned many on the grill and have had bad results with ribs not sprit zing. One bad batch is expected every now and again. What temp was it at? If its a high sugar rub it burns quick. So does sauce too early.

Hi, Bullfam...sorry to hear your not feeling well, and that your BB's didn't turn out as good as you'd hoped.  Unless you have a butcher, it can be a challenge to find non-enhanced meats.
