got some skinless chicken breasts. I butterflied them
layer of ham
provolone cheese.
rolling it up nice and tight.
all tied up (thanks to the wife)
Made two of them . on the wife's only pepper and garlic salt. like mine a little hotter. didn't get pictures of it but
mine has jalapenos and mushrooms inside. and layer of Jeff's rub and layer of Creole seasoning.
been on for a few hours now. once I got the temp were I wanted it , it has only move back and forth between
5 degrees .
I'm amaze how good the UDS hold the temp right were I want without having to change the
air flow. I fill my basket with charcoal yesterday did a 6 hour burn. then put it out. still have a lot of charcoal left
in the basket this morning so just added few wood chunks and 4 lit coals and started it again.
after the chicken comes off then a pork loin is going on.
will add more Q-views when the chicken is done.
