this was a joint effort with the wife and I.  She cooked up some hasbrowns and added onions, red pepper, mushroom and cheese.  she used two pounds of sausage and weaved the bacon herself.  We put it on the WMS as we did some yard work and shazam.  Looking forward to making many more of these.  Thanks for all the tips.

took right at three hours.  kept the temps right at 250.  that was two pounds of sausage though.  A one pounder would not take as long.
