Hi,

I've been reading this forum on and off for a while and thought it was time to join...

Got hooked on big grills, bbq and smoking when I lived in San Diego some years ago.

People here consider me "crazy" for using the my Webers all year around (Winters here are quite different from the San Diego ones...). Well, what can I say, is there anything better than to fire up the grill on New Year's Eve at 0F and cooking a three course dinner. I think NOT! ;-)

I use a large Weber Kettle for smoking and a Weber Spirit E330 for grilling.

Favorite foods? Apple smoke ribs and a good old new york steak. But I'm happy to experiment and try new things.

Looking forward to getting some good advise from you guys.
