I've been upgrading my smoker (Braunsfeld SFB) and am near completion.
The one thing I really need is a place to put my beer...um I mean utensils. I saw a post about the UDS meat board plastic. I ordered that and mounted but I don't like it as a front shelf. I'm going to put some collapsable legs on it for the side.
I've been looking at the Horizon accessory for the front shelf;

This is what I was looking for but as I need someting a little bigger I'm looking for some help in a build as I have the effort but no time.
I've attempted to sketch the shelf. Fairly common?
Any thoughts, help, suggestions? Anyone out there have some xtra expanded metal who could make one? It's getting that time....
