Hello everyone.  Name is Luther and pretty new to smoking.  Got me a MES30 for xmas and love this thing. 

I more of a pork man (ribs and butt).  So far I have successfully smoked ribs for xmas eve dinner with the inlaws and made some PP last week.  But I also smoked a turkey breast.

I've already learned a lot from this community and plan on learning a lot more.
