Jerky, sausage heaven and you can sample everything in the store from jerky, sausage to peanuts. Their cure of choice?  Celery juice and celery juice powder.

I did buy a pack of sticks... Decent for a tourist trap and folks that say these are the best....Mine are like 1000X better.

Thanks for looking.

Now that's a place to go too. I'll bet you was like a kid in a candy store I know I would have been. Thanks for posting it up

The peppered elk jerky was the best thing I found at that store. Just like you though, I make better stuff. We'll get something worked out one of these days Rick.

Slap ya mamma is pretty good stuff. A tad salty for us. If anyone is coming to Jerry's for the gathering,  and wants any of the cajun seasonings that you can't find locally, let me know and .i will see what i can do about getting it and bringing it to you.

I'll take ya up on that Bob. I would love to have something authentic that you think is the best of the best.

What i think is best is a no salt blend called Benoit's Best. but that's just me. Slap ya mama ,tony's , punch ya daddy ,etc etc are pretty much all the same. I'll look around and see what i can find.

Slap Yo Mama and Tony's is readily available here. I would love some Benoit's Best as we talked about it last year but I couldn't find it here.
