Hi!

My name is Jay Prince and I am a Stay-at-home Dad and BBQ Tools & Tech Reviewer at BBQ Sauce Reviews. I am pretty active in the BBQ community and have made a lot of great BBQ friends. The grills and smokers I currently own are the Grilla Smoker-Grill, 18.5 WSM, 22.5 Performer, 22.5 OTG, Weber Smokey Joe, Orion Cooker, Smokenator 1000, Smoke E Z and a KettlePizza. 

I look forward to learning as much info I can from all the great posts on this forum!

Thanks so much for the warm welcome and forum tips! My life is all things BBQ right now and I am loving it. I am going to be part of team Tucker Cooker this year at Memphis in May, so I am really excited about that. I also was fortunate enough to go to the 23rd Annual Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue this past October. I had a blast at The Jack!
