The recipe on this one was.

Half of a Red and Green bell pepper diced

One small yellow onion. diced

One Pack Portabella Mushrooms diced

Saute the above.

Roll out the one lb of ground meat, Seasoned with mesquite seasoning placed sauted vegees along with some smoked pepper jack cheeze and cream cheeze with a little minced garlic down on one end of the meat, roll into roll, seasoned again,( the outside of the roll with Daddy Hinkles) wraped with the beacon. Put in smoker for 2 hours on 225. and there you have it.

OH and the bread. 3 cups self rising flour. 3 TBS sugar and 1 BTL Shiner Bock beer, Mix well by hand. Grease and put in bread pan and into the oven at 350 for about 30 to 45 min. Take out of oven, pour a mixture of honey and butter more honey than butter all over the top and around the sides turn off oven and place bread back in for about 10 min or so.

Sounds like some great recipes and they look good

Never tried it with honey on top, always did just butter.  Always used a brown ale for mine.  Changing beers will change flavors a lot  Now I'm hungry!
