Smoked some wings today. Purchased wings not drumsticks and rinsed them prior to adding rub.  mixed up some brown sugar, paprika, cayenne, Garlic Powder and some Salt & pepper.  Added some Canola oil into bag with mix and wings to coat them up.  Fired up smoker to 275ish and smoked wings with applewood for 75min.  Was going to finish them with frying with a flour corn meal mixture but they were allready crispy enough.  Threw some beans on there because my father asked for them lol.  1 - 32 oz. can pork and beans, ketchup, bbq sauce, worchestershire sauce, same rub as wings, diced onions, beer & bacon (slightly pre cooked in frying pan).  see Q view!

Speaking of wings.... During the football game I saw KFC had a special on wings... 50 cents per wing....

I'll bet your wings are better than theirs..... Send me some and I'll check it out...   Dave

I'll bet the worst wings anyone here has ever made are better than KFC's.  Those things are horrible.  They don't even resemble food.  So much fake breading on them that it reminds me of a frozen breaded onion ring.
