Howdy all!

Guess I'm the latest new kid on the block, though I've been activiely reading for about a month or two.  I must say this forum has already been a great resource for me as I researched prior to buying my latest smoker; a 40" Masterbuilt XL propane smoker.

As I type, it is going through it's intial break-in smoke and I can't wait to start the "real deal" here soon. 
 

I look forward to gleaning more ideas/recipes from y'all and sharing a few of my own from past and future experiences.  Of course, pics will accompany my best endeavors!
