Pork Nachos and Pork Nacho Salad
Looking for something a little different to do with all that pulled pork you "Q-ed"?
Try these "Pork Nachos" as an appetizer or "Pork Nacho Salad" for dinner.
Having some friends over to watch the game? Give them something to cheer about with a side of these nachos.

Nothing Special here, just a little bit of assembly and imagination.

For an appetizer:
Nachos, then Pork, then some Nacho cheese, and a wee bit of rub.
Do you want a more Mexican flare? Use chili powder instead of your rub.

Like salsa?
Throw it in there!

For a meal, take it up a notch.

Add some chopped greens and cherub tomatoes.

Wanna get creative?

Have some bacon or hot peppers laying around, throw 'em in there.
Top with some guacamole or sour cream, what the hell, throw 'em both in there.
Whats that you say? Olives?, hell yes, throw them in there!
Open that fridge and grab that half an onion that's been sitting in there all week, dice it up and ... you guessed it, THROW IT IN THERE!

Easy, Quick, Tasty and with as many combinations you can think of, this will please most.

I'm with you

Another great post SQWIB!

I'm going to have to get a SQWIB recipe file!
Thanks Al that's a huge compliment.
Still have pulled pork in the fridge,  looks like  a nice way to use some of it up!
I had more for dinner last night and heated up the PP with taco seasoning.

I liked it much better with the taco seasoning than the rub.
